Approving - the minutes from the meeting of October 13, 2015. (No Fiscal Impact) Recommended by the City Clerk.
Accepting - the improvements for Todos Santos Plaza Archway, Project 2294, constructed by Hess Construction Co., Inc. of American Canyon, and directing the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion. Recommended by the Director of Community and Economic Development.
Authorizing - the acceptance of monies in the amount of $270,000 from the Mt. Diablo Unified School District for use in the City’s School Resource Officer program, and authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement defining the provision and funding of school resource officers. Resolution No. 14-68 for adoption. Recommended by the Chief of Police.
