CITY COUNCIL SITTING AS THE LOCAL REUSE AUTHORITY CONSENT ITEMS - Approving - a Professional Services Agreement with ARUP, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $31,810 for the preparation of specialized noise studies and preparation of an executive summary in support of the General Plan Amendment for the Concord Naval Weapons Station, and authorizing the Execute Director to execute the agreement. Recommended by Project Reuse Director.

Approving - a Professional Services Agreement with ARUP, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $31,810 for the preparation of specialized noise studies and preparation of an executive summary in support of the General Plan Amendment for the Concord Naval Weapons Station, and authorizing the Execute Director to execute the agreement. Recommended by Project Reuse Director.»
CITY COUNCIL CONSIDERATION ITEM - Consideration - of lowering the Inclusionary In-Lieu Fee to reflect current market data and annually recalculate the fee at the time the Council sets fees during the budget adoption process and amending the Master Fees and Charges Resolution to reflect any changes. Resolutions No. 10-76 and 10-6042.2 for adoption. Report by John Montagh, Redevelopment and Housing Manager.
