CITY COUNCIL CONSENT ITEMS - A. Approving - minutes for the meetings of July 12, September 6 and September 13, 2011. (No Fiscal Impact) Recommended by the City Clerk.
B. Accepting - the fiscal year allocation from the Citizen's Options for Public Safety (COPS) program in the amount of $123,423, and allocating it to be used for funding one Full Time Equivalent (FTE) civilian Crime Scene Technician position and one .66 FTE Crime Scene Technician. Resolution No. 11-62 for adoption. (Grant Funds) Recommended by Chief of Police.
C. Approving - an amendment to the agreement with TelVue Virtual Television Networks to provide Bulletin Board services for the City's government channels by extending the terms of the agreement for an additional three-year term for the amount of $36,000; and authorizing the City Manager to execute the agreement. (PEG Funds) Recommended by Assistant City Manager.
D. Awarding - a construction supplies contract in the amount of $11,416 to Home Depot U.S.A., Inc. for Project No. 2202 (Camp Concord Green Room Deck). (General Funds) Recommended by City Engineer.
