Considering - adoption of Resolution No. 18-36 increasing the maximum grant and loan amounts and reducing the contractor retention for the Housing Rehabilitation Grant and Loan Program. Recommended by the Director of Community and Economic Development. c. Considering - adoption of Resolution No. 18-39 supporting Proposition 68: The California Clean Water and Safe Parks Act. Recommended by the Director of Parks and Recreation. d. Considering - approval of a Professional Services Agreement with Brown and Caldwell in the amount of $235,452 to provide preliminary studies and related services for the Citywide Sewer Condition Assessment Study (Project No. 2208), subject to the approval of the City Attorney, and authorizing the City Manager to execute the agreement. Recommended by the Director of Community and Economic Development.
