Awarding – a construction contract in the amount of $47,383 to the sole bidder, Tri-Valley Excavating Co., Inc. of Sunol, CA for Project No. 2107, Market Street at Fry Way Driveway Improvements; and authorizing additional appropriation for Project No. 2107 in the amount of $27,000. City Council Resolution No. 08-57 and Redevelopment Agency Resolution 08-721 for adoption. Recommended by Director of Building, Engineering and Neighborhood Services.
