Authorizing #6 - Authorizing the removal of the Resale Restriction and Qualifications of Purchasers from all affordability restricted units at 1771 Broadway Street, releasing the owners from the long-term affordability provision defined in the June 14, 1983 Disposition and Development Agreement between the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Concord and Wieting, Confer and Nance. Redevelopment Agency Resolution 08-725 for adoption. Recommended by Director of Planning and Economic Development.
