Consideration #2 - Consideration - of the City of Concord’s current noise control measures, it is the results of a survey conducted of other agencies within Contra Costa County, and approaches to address noise problems in the City of Concord. Report by Director of Building, Engineering and Neighborhood Services. Report by Margaret Hernandez, Neighborhood Services Manager.
Staff Recommendation: Hear the report and provide staff with direction regarding the City’s noise control measures.
