JOINT CITY COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY CONSENT IT - 1. Approving - – a two-year contract in the amount of $60,000 per year with HomeBricks to administer the City’s Inclusionary Housing and First Time Home Buyer Programs and authorizing the Executive Director to execute the agreement. Recommended by Director of Community Development
2. Approving - an amendment to the professional services agreement for specialized legal services with Remy, Thomas, Moose and Manley, L.L.P. in the additional amount of $100,000 in connection with environmental law compliance for the Concord Community Reuse Plan; and authoring the City Attorney to execute the amendment on behalf of the City. Recommended by Reuse Project Director.
