CITY COUNCIL CONSENT ITEMS - 1. Approval of minutes - of the meeting held January 12, 2010. Recommended by City Clerk.
2. Approving - an agreement with Terrapins Swim Team for a competitive swim program covering the period January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2012; and authorizing the City Manager to execute the agreement. Recommended by Director of Community and Recreation Services.
3. Authorizing – the Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District to establish an annual parcel assessment for Fiscal Year 2010-11 for drainage system maintenance and the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Program by maintaining the current Equivalent Runoff Unit (ERU) rate of $35.00 per single-family parcel. Resolution No. 10-1 for adoption. Recommended by Director of Public Works and Engineering.
4. Accepting – the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report with Independent Auditors’ Report and the Memorandum of Internal Control and Required Communications for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2009. Recommended by Director of Finance.
