PRESENTATIONS - 1. Presentation - to Timi Tumbaga, Local Census Office Manager, proclaiming Concord's commitment to ensure a full and accurate Census Count in 2010. Presentation by Mayor Bjerke.
2. Presentation - to Concord employee Richard Hartmann, commending him for providing aid to a resident and his dog and thanking him for his dedication to the Concord Community. Presentation by Mayor Bjerke
3. Presentation - to Randy Depew, Director of the Mt. Diablo High School's Digital Safari Academy and to the winners of the Innovations Fair 2010, Michelle Isbandi, Nick Flores, and Susannah Sevilla for their entry, "Solargize!" Presentation by Mayor Bjerke.

JOINT CITY COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY CONSENT ITEMS - Approving - an agreement with Seifel Consulting in the amount of $220,000 for plan adoption services for the Concord Community Reuse Redevelopment Area; and authorizing the Executive Director to execute the agreement. Recommended by Director of Community Development.
