CITY COUNCIL CONSENT ITEMS - a. Approving - minutes for the meetings of January 11 and January 25, 2011. (No Fiscal Impact) Recommended by City Clerk.
b. Approving - a Professional Services Agreement with Harris & Associates in an amount of $61,000 for the continued services of Russ Moore to act as Interim Maintenance Director; and to authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement (General Fund). Recommended by Assistant City Manager.
c. Accepting - the dedication of streets and avenues as depicted on the R. N. Burgess Company Map No 2 of Walnut Lands, Subdivision 3057, Subdivision 3110, Subdivision 3133, and MSC 29-72 for maintenance by the City. Resolution No. 11-11 for adoption. (No Fiscal Impact) Recommended by Acting City Engineer.

Approving and adopting - the Supplement to Report to the City Council on the Proposed Redevelopment Plan for the Concord Community Reuse Redevelopment Project, submitting said Supplement to the City Council, and consenting to a Joint Public Hearing on said Redevelopment Plan, and consenting to and calling a Joint Public Hearing on the Proposed Redevelopment Plan for the Concord Community Reuse Redevelopment Project for Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers. (No Fiscal Impact) Redevelopment Agency Resolution No. 11-755 and City Council Resolution No. 11-3 for adoption. Report by John Montagh, Redevelopment and Housing Manager.
