Staff Recommendation: Hear the report, take public testimony, and approve Resolution 15-4 to authorize permit parking in certain areas of the Sun Terrace Neighborhood.
b. Consideration - of a Fiscal Year 2014-15 Mid-Year Budget Review with recommendations for new appropriations amending the current municipal budget. Resolution No. 15-6, 15-7, and 15-8 for adoption. (General Fund) Report by City Manager..
